Health and Human Rights

Many of CPI's local partners focus on ethnic communities located in Burma / Myanmar's conflict zones and not adequately served by governmental organizations or large humanitarian agencies  — areas that also often suffer from chronic human rights abuses.

See links at rights for peer-reviewed articles and reports documenting the connection between systemic abuses and poor health in Burma's border regions.
