We help communities build and strengthen the key pillars of effective health systems. We empower health providers to work effectively in partnership, harnessing their respective strengths to achieve universal health coverage (UHC).
We help communities prevent, control, and eliminate deadly infectious diseases, including HIV, malaria, tuberculosis, and hepatitis. We partner with them to pioneer new approaches to combating infectious diseases in remote, hard-to-reach, and low-resource contexts.
We help communities provide pregnant women, newborns, and children under five with the essential health care, nutritional support, and immunization they need to survive and thrive. We empower women to access clean, safe births and pre and postnatal care.
We help communities build and strengthen mental health and psychosocial support services, integrating them with primary health care to provide effective and context-appropriate treatment services for mental disorders.
Through clinic-based and mobile services, we help communities prevent, diagnose, and treat non-communicable diseases (NCDs), including diabetes, hypertension, and cardiovascular disease.
We help communities prevent malnutrition in mothers and children. We support mothers’ access to adequate nutrition during pregnancy and breastfeeding and ensure effective child feeding and care practices. We help improve access to essential micronutrients, support hygienic food preparation, and develop social and behavior-change communication to promote good nutrition practices.
We help communities to build and strengthen primary health care services. We support them in developing and expanding clinic-based and mobile health care to deliver an essential package of health services.
We empower individuals to access sexual and reproductive health services and support their right to make individual choices. We empower communities to prevent and respond to gender-based and domestic violence and support survivors to access protection, health care, psychosocial support, legal assistance, and livelihood opportunities.
